Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds on items that are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be provided for any shipping fees paid.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Requirements
Refunds will only be issued for items returned to us without any damages or signs of wear and tear. If the item is returned to us with damages or signs of wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Shipping Fee
Please note that we will not refund any shipping fees paid by the customer. We have already paid the shipping fee to the courier company and cannot recover these costs once the item has been shipped.

5.Customs Hold

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs that may arise if customs in your country hold a package. For packages that are late or held by customs, we won't issue refunds.

6.Service Fee
All refunds will only be issued for the item price, and we will not refund any service fees charged by payment gateways or other financial institutions. This includes any fees charged by PayPal, banks, or other payment gateways.


We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. please give us 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
